All apartments are furnished and equipped from A to Z with kitchen, bath and bedroom items included, making them fully ready for operations.

All apartments have incredible views and balconies.

The smallest one is 26.8 sq meter. We also offer apartments with 32, 42, 54 and 102 sq meter.

It is a 6-floor building with 63 apartments of different sizes and layouts.

It is located in Tsakhadzor, one of the most beautiful places in Armenia, which is also the biggest ski resort in the country.

Construction timeline

There is a live webcam once the construction starts, so you can check it anytime you want. We will also keep you updated about the process on the website and across social media.

The hotelier will start its operations in July 2022.

The start date is September 2020, the completion date is May 2022.

Pricing and Payment terms

Yes, there is 5% discount in case you pay the whole amount with one payment.

Minimal downpayment is 20% of the purchase price of the hotel room.

To reserve an apartment you need to make a 5% down payment. The rest will be paid in 16 months according to a schedule that will be adjusted and confirmed by both sides.
